Alexis Prue’s Second Chance at Life Fundraiser

On January 8, 2023, Alexis Prue suffered cardiac arrest, while in Jacksonville, FL after attending a Tennessee Titans @ Jacksonville Jaguars football game with her husband Andrew. Her heart stopped beating for 3 minutes, but emergency medical staff kept her alive. She was placed in a medically induced coma and was in the ICU for 47 days. The family, including their 19-month-old daughter India, remained in Jacksonville for a total of 15 weeks away from their home in Myrtle Beach, as Alexis fought to stay alive through hospital stays and rehabilitation.
Now back at home, Alexis is going through outpatient rehab, but the road to recovery will be a long one as she needs full time care. Andrew is the sole provider for his family who has been by Alexis’ side every step of the way and will continue to be her caretaker and remain out of work indefinitely.
Please join us at the Historic Peanut Warehouse, where Alexis and Andrew got married, on Sunday, June 4th from 5-9pm for a special night of celebration and support! Monarch Roofing, Brazen Roofing, SPANN Roofing and Up & Over Roofing have come together to make this event possible – with ALL proceeds going directly to Alexis for medical expenses and daily costs that have accumulated quickly. At Alexis’ request, a portion of the proceeds will also go to the Open Arms Foundation, who helped her and her family during their unexpected, extended time in Jacksonville.

· No tickets required. Entry will be at the door with a donation.
· Dinner will be served buffet style with a variety of options provided by several local favorites.
· Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. Alcoholic beverages are BYOB.
· This event is for ALL ages & kid-friendly so bring the whole family out for a Sunday Funday dinner party!

· A Silent Auction will be live for the duration of the event for in-person AND virtual attendees!
