Description:
Join us for the Inaugural Summer Solstice 5K On The Beach! This unique race features the beauty of Myrtle Beach and takes advantage of the beginning of summer and the longest day of sunlight! Participants will begin on the sand at Plyler Park and head north for 1.56 miles and turn around to return to the finish. Once your race is complete, join us at Plyer Park for music, food, and fun! This is a perfect event for your family to begin a new tradition of enjoying the beauty of Myrtle Beach at sunset and get active at the same time! This is a timed event and awards will be given. In addition, all participants will be entered into a raffle prize drawing! No dogs allowed on race course.
Race Course:
This is not a certified course but accurately measured to 5K distance
Begin on the beach adjacent to Plyler Park and head north
Continue for 1.56 miles to turnaround
Return to finish line on the beach

Wednesday, June 21 from 4:00-7:15pm at Plyler Park (1100 N. Ocean Blvd, MB)
