Kids Yoga + Art Workshop: Yoga Friends

Join us for our FRIENDSHIP Kids Yoga + Art Workshop!
Every kids yoga class at Real Hot Yoga consists of breath work, mindfulness, yoga poses and relaxation/stillness. Art and creative expression will also be included through the use of books, dramatics and crafts.
Mats are provided. Kids should come with a water bottle.
$20 per child. Space is limited.
All Kids Classes/Workshops will be held at our Magnolia Row location.
