Sunset SoulFLOW at The Point

Join me for a beautiful beach yoga experience! We will meet at the last public parking spot on Dolphin Drive (before the guard gate) down in Garden City, then we will walk about 3/4 of a mile to the Garden City Point. Here will have our beach yoga class. The scenery will be breathtaking! After class we will walk back along the beach to where we parked.
This class is meant to be heart opening, soul awakening and peace inducing. Yoga poses will be gentle flow and class will be infused with Reiki and sound healing. All levels and all ages are welcome, come with an open heart, open mind and a towel.
Note: if using GPS to find the parking spot, please use the following address: 1906 S Waccamaw Dr Murrells Inlet, SC 29576 United States Once you pass Pompano Dr, look for the next right turn. You should see a Dead End sign, and that is where you turn right to park. If you reach the guard gate, you have gone to far. Once you have parked, we will cross the street and use the next beach access just south of the parking area. If you cross the street and head to the right, you should see the beach access.
