Yoga in the Yard

This class happens RAIN or SHINE! On days that are cold or rainy, we will use the BEer Happy Room, a cozy, warm space with an ambiance perfect for Yoga.
Join us for Yoga in the yard at Crooked Hammock Brewery at Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach.
Class fee is $15 and includes a complimentary 16 oz beer or a non-alcoholic beverage as well as preferred seating after class. Use this link to reserve your space.
Style of yoga will change each week, we alternate between Yin and Slow Flow. Classes are always appropriate for people of all levels!
