Waves of the Future is a talent showcase featuring school groups from across Horry County. In total, more than 600 students, grades K-12, perform live on the stage at The Carolina Opry Theater in Myrtle Beach. This is the 11th year the Chicora Rotary Club of Myrtle Beach presents the Waves of the Future fundraiser, which supports Horry County Schools Fine Arts Programs and Rotary service projects. In 2022, more than $20,000 was given for youth art programs in our local schools.
